i stayed in a premier beautiful room pool or garden view for three nights the grounds were beautiful and the pool offered a fine view of the sea breakfast had plenty of choices for everyone. staff are very polite and friendly everywhere is super clean i was upgraded to a bungalow and it was very spacious.

the air conditioning in my room was not the BEST.

The rooms were well appointed. I was generously upgraded to a room that was perfect. Nhang was very personal and attentive in communications. The resort offers recommendations for dinners. These dining experiences proved to be great.

The air conditioning directed airflow straight onto the bed. This was not ideal.

I was really disappointed. The room smelled strongly of stagnant water. the management did move me, but there was still a lingering smell. i think it was too much after a lot of rain perhaps.

the air conditioning was positioned directly at the bed and I caught a cold. some staff seemed unfriendly. it was not a good experience and somewhat spoiled the stay. i will keep this in mind when choosing a hotel next time
